Four goals, tapped done. Since 2.0 that small idea picked up GLP-1 tracking with a visit summary for your prescriber, Apple Health, a coach's Playbook, a wall you mix with friends, and progress photos kept on your phone. Every update, newest first.
DailyQuad 2.24: Photos of you, kept beside the numbers.
Photo Journey: take a front, side or back photo now and then. They live in Trends as a timeline, a row per day. Compare any two of the same view side by side, or drag a divider across them. Align lines the later photo up with the earlier one; one tap undoes it.
Privacy first: photos stay on your phone. Your account keeps only each photo's date and view. Back them up to your own iCloud so a new iPhone gets them back.
Metrics: a second graph puts your recent readings against the stretch of time before.
Sheet Reader reads InBody printouts far more reliably, even held in your hand.
Bug fixes, stronger button contrast, the blood pressure screen fitting every phone again, and a haptic on every Trends tab.
DailyQuad 2.22: A plan from someone who knows you, and a count of what you have left.
Playbooks: a coach, a trainer or a friend sets a few goals for a few weeks and shares a code. Everyone checks in for themselves, the person who set them can see how the days are going, and you can join without an account and leave whenever you want.
Medicine Cabinet: say how much of your GLP-1 medication you have and how much one dose takes, and the app counts the days down to the one you run out, with a reminder before it arrives.
Bug fixes and interface improvements throughout the app.
DailyQuad 2.20: Say how it is landing, not only what went wrong.
My Soundings: the GLP-1 side effects card is now where you say how the medication is landing. Set how loud food noise was with one tap, and add what is bothering you one thing at a time, each with its own severity instead of one shared number.
Food noise, day by day: every reading on the day it happened, with your shots behind it, both in the app and on the visit summary you hand your prescriber.
Symptoms link themselves to the dose they follow, worked out from the time, so there is nothing to pick.
Blood pressure joins Metrics. Log it as the pair it is, see both numbers on one chart, and import readings from Apple Health.
Body fat and BMI can come from Apple Health too, each with its own switch, read only.
Walls: tap any day and it tells you why it can or cannot be mixed yet, and the colors in a mix now reflect how much each person actually finished.
Already have an account? You can sign in before picking any goals, so your history is waiting for you rather than merging in afterwards.
DailyQuad 2.19: Bug fixes and accessibility updates.
DailyQuad now reads properly with VoiceOver throughout. Every switch says what it controls, only the screen you are on is offered, and sheets keep your place while they are open.
Clearer type and color in both light and dark, and small controls are easier to hit.
Fixes across syncing, sharing and your account, so what you track stays where you put it.
DailyQuad 2.18: Finish your four, and the room stays warm.
Close every goal for the day and your page holds a soft candlelight until midnight, so the win is still there when you come back to it.
Export your data: take everything you have tracked as an Excel workbook or a JSON file, any time you want. It is yours, and it always was.
DailyQuad now works with VoiceOver. Your goals speak their state, every check-in says what changed, and your year of days describes itself instead of a wall of color.
Days you hit your goal now glow on Trends and on your wall, so a strong stretch reads at a glance.
Sharing your four opens instantly, with your card and your link ready to send.
GLP-1 tracking: choose the injection areas you use, including abdomen, thigh, and upper arm, and get a suggested location for each dose.
Our Wall: start a wall and invite your people. Every day someone shows up adds their color, and you swirl the day's colors together with your finger into a tile you keep.
Share your wall as a picture worth posting. One tap paints your days into a card you can send anywhere, and tapping it opens the app.
Pillbox: keep the medications and vitamins you take on the GLP-1 page, with start and stop dates, and include a clean current medications list on your visit summary.
Your visit summary's weight chart can mark your first dose, so the story reads at a glance.
DailyQuad 2.16: Your goals, right on your Home Screen.
Add a DailyQuad widget to your Home Screen and check off your goals without opening the app. Pick the size that fits, and it looks right in every iOS style, including the new clear and tinted glass looks.
Gift 4 Goals: hand pick four goals for someone you care about, add a note, and send. They open DailyQuad already set up with the four you chose.
Refined interface and interactions throughout, from landscape and iPad layouts to sharing and GLP-1, with plenty of fixes and rough edges smoothed.
DailyQuad 2.15: Small details, all the way through.
Open DailyQuad offline and you're still signed in, with your goals and history there from the first second.
A cleaner tab bar: the tab you're on lights up in its color, the rest wait quietly in gray, and the space below now follows your app's own light or dark theme.
Today counts when it's done. The day you're still living now glows and fills with your progress instead of reading as a miss before it's over, so your streaks stay honest and never guilt you mid-day.
A calmer Trends: a quiet line that sums up your week, clearer labels, and a shimmer of light across your All Goals card.
Build your GLP-1 visit summary your way, then hand your prescriber one clean page.
Tap any point on a GLP-1 graph for the exact value, date, and change.
Share DailyQuad with a friend by QR code, right from Settings.
Snappier touch feedback, plus polish and fixes throughout.
Add to your daily total instead of starting over. Tap the number on a goal like protein or water to add, with quick buttons that learn your go-to amounts and one-tap undo.
The number pad grows out of the number you tap and lands back with a soft flash.
More life throughout: a shimmer on your Trends titles and a tilt-reactive shine on the card lines and GLP-1, plus a fresh All Goals icon.
DailyQuad 2.10: A more beautiful, more alive DailyQuad.
Show what changed
Light moves through the app now. Tilt your phone and glass catches the light, surfaces shimmer, and every touch responds with a soft glow that follows your finger. It all feels real in your hand.
Managing your goals is even more effortless: add goals right from your grid, keep more than four when life calls for it, and swap one out without losing a beat. Changes happen the moment you make them, right where you are, so shaping your day stays as simple as living it.
A warmer, more complete GLP-1 companion. Log your protein and weight in a tap and keep your doses, protein, and weight together in one calm place. Smoother flows make everything easier to keep up with, and beautiful charts bring your progress to life from your very first day.
Quick hits: date picker updates, look further back in time, faster load times, a smoother feel, and bug fixes.
DailyQuad is still the same simple thing: the four habits that matter today, one tap each, and a quiet year of streaks. This update adds a little life and a little polish, and nothing new to keep up with.
A moment each morning. Open the app on a new day and yesterday quietly files itself into your year. A few seconds, and your four are ready. Tap once to skip it whenever you like.
Streaks that come alive. Your streak flame grows as your run does, a small, warm sign of the days you have kept.
A reminder that pays attention. Your one gentle daily nudge now knows your day, one goal left, or a milestone in reach. Still just once, still silent when you are already done.
Change your goals in an instant. Update your four right away, even with no connection. Nothing to wait on.
Share your four. Send them to a friend so they can start where you did, or save the card to post anywhere.
Safer and steadier. A more secure sign-in and quiet fixes throughout.
DailyQuad 2.3: A little light, and a sideways view.

New
Tiles now have a soft, tilt-reactive shimmer. Move your phone and a gentle light glides across your goals, trends, and metric icons. It is on by default and you can turn it off anytime in Settings.
Hide metrics you are not tracking right now with a quick swipe. Your readings are saved and come back the moment you turn the metric on again.
Better landscape support. Goals, Trends, and Metrics switch to a clean two-column layout when you rotate your phone.
Improved
A metric's "goal" is now called "target" so it is clearer at a glance.
Each goal now has its own color across its progress grid, so your trends are easier to tell apart at a glance. Pick a color for any goal in Settings, Goal Colors.
New period switcher: tap 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, or 1 Year directly instead of cycling through them, with a smooth slide animation between views.
More compact trend cards, so you can see more goals on screen at once, with tidier goal names and a single date range up top for the yearly view.
Trends and your daily check-ins now load instantly and work offline, syncing in the background.
