Questions

The short answers.

Everything you might wonder about DailyQuad, kept as brief as the app itself.

The basics

What is DailyQuad?

A habit tracker built around four daily goals. Pick the four things that matter today, tap them done, and watch a year of streaks fill in. It is built to help you focus on less, not track more.

Why only four goals?

You can always think of ten things you should do; the hard part is deciding which few matter. DailyQuad starts you at four: enough to matter, few enough to actually do.

Can I track more than four?

Yes. Four is a suggested default, not a hard cap, so you can add more if you need to. But the whole idea is fewer goals and more consistency, so it pays to keep it small.

Is it free?

Yes. DailyQuad is free, with no ads, no upsell, and no subscription. Download it and start with your four goals.

What devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad, on iOS 15 or later. An Android version is in the works.

Goals & streaks

What kinds of goals can I track?

A yes or no goal takes one tap; a count takes a couple more. Start from a small library like hydrate, move, work out, sleep, meditate, and read, or make custom goals with your own units and targets.

How do streaks work?

Every day you complete becomes a tile. Three hundred and sixty five of them fill in over a year, so your streak is a wall you can scan in seconds. Impossible to miss, and impossible to fake.

What if I miss a day or need a break?

Take a rest day. Mark the day off and your streak stays safe. There is no guilt and no penalty: no streak insurance to buy, no comeback challenge to chase.

Will it nag me with notifications?

No. Notifications are off by default. If you want one, there is a single gentle daily reminder you can turn on, and it stays silent on any day you have already finished.

Can I reorder my goals?

Yes. Hold a goal tile and drag it where it should live, the same gesture as the iOS home screen. The grid rearranges in place.

GLP-1 tracking

Does DailyQuad track GLP-1 medications?

Yes, and it is optional and off by default. Log each dose, see when the next shot is due, rotate injection sites, notice food noise and side effects, keep protein on target alongside your weight, and see an estimated medication level over time. DailyQuad is a wellness tool, not medical advice; follow your prescriber. See how GLP-1 tracking works.

Is the GLP-1 tracking free?

Yes, and so is the rest of the app. Dose logging, injection sites, food noise, side effects, the graphs, the estimated medication level, and the Visit Summary are all included. There is no trial that ends, no premium tier, no subscription, and no ads.

Which GLP-1 medications can I track?

Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda), dulaglutide (Trulicity), exenatide (Byetta, Bydureon), lixisenatide (Adlyxin), and the oral pill orforglipron, along with compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Retatrutide and CagriSema are in the list too, and an Other choice covers anything not named. Doses log in mg, mcg, mL, or units, on daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly schedules. DailyQuad supports tracking these medicines and is not affiliated with their manufacturers.

Can I track my injection sites?

Yes. Each shot records where it went, and the app offers the next site in the rotation, so you never have to remember which side you used last. The history shows the pattern at a glance.

What is food noise, and can I track it?

Food noise is the background chatter about eating that a GLP-1 often quiets. DailyQuad logs it on a five word scale the day you feel it, and the graph places one dot for one reading, so you can watch how it moves between doses and across the weeks.

Can I track side effects like nausea?

Yes. Nausea, fatigue, constipation and the rest are noted the day they happen, and each symptom keeps its own reading rather than being flattened into a single score. Days you felt nothing stay empty, which is information too.

Can I make a report for my doctor?

Yes. The Visit Summary is a one page report built from what you logged: weekly trends for weight, protein, doses and adherence, your estimated medication level, and side effects with the dates they happened. Share it as a PDF, show it by QR code, or AirDrop it. See a full Visit Summary.

Will it remind me when my next dose is due?

If you want it to. The dose reminder has its own schedule, daily or weekly, at a time you pick, and it follows your next dose as that moves. You can leave it off entirely.

Do I need an account to track a GLP-1?

No. It works anonymously and offline from the first launch. An account is optional and does two things: it keeps the record on a second device, and it means the record survives a lost, broken, or replaced phone.

Metrics & Apple Health

What are metrics, and are they required?

Optional, and off by default. Goals track what you do; metrics track what changes. Log a measurement now and then, from weight and waist to full body composition, and a trend line shows where it is heading over the week, month, and year.

Does it connect to Apple Health?

With your permission it can read from Apple Health, such as steps, exercise minutes, and weight, to fill in goals and metrics automatically. You stay in control of what it can access.

Privacy & your account

Do I need an account? Is my data private?

No account required, DailyQuad works anonymously out of the box and offline. Optionally sign in with email or Sign in with Apple to sync across devices. There are no ads and nothing is sold; your data is yours, exported in one tap. See the privacy policy for the details.

Who makes DailyQuad?
